Welcome to RL George Studio (“Site”), operating in partnership with the non-profit JP II Sacred Art Ministry. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

  1. Use of the Site RL George Studio and the JP II Sacred Art Ministry provide visitors with access to art products, information, and services related to our artwork. You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms or by law.
  2. Intellectual Property All content on the Site—including artwork, images, designs, text, graphics, logos, and layout—is the property of RL George Studio, JP II Sacred Art Ministry, or is licensed for use on this Site. These materials are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

  • Use the artwork for commercial purposes or create derivative works.
  1. Orders and Payment All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Payment: We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
  • Pricing: Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • Sales Tax: Applicable taxes will be added based on your shipping address.
  1. Shipping and Delivery We ship artwork to customers worldwide. Delivery times and shipping rates may vary based on your location and the product selected.
  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Custom Art: Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time.
  • Shipping Issues: RL George Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
  1. Returns and Exchanges We want you to love your purchase and the art it brings into your life.
  • Exchanges: As a very small company, we currently do not offer free exchanges.
  • Returns: Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of delivery. Custom art is non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
  1. Limitation of Liability RL George Studio and the JP II Sacred Art Ministry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the purchase of products.
  2. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
  3. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
