“The Holy Face” artwork by Richard L George, was made by special request as a cropped version of my original artwork, “The Divine Mercy” image.
I made some additional changes to the garments for the final image. The face was created using the imprinted face found on the Shroud of Turin as the foundational facial map for the artwork. The several years of working as a 3d modeler gave me a keener insight into how the image left on the Shroud would have “mapped-out” over the curvatures of the actual physical face.
“The Holy Face” Print has a premium luster finish and framed with a protective glass front.
Print with professional Ultrachrome inks on premium quality Giclée paper.
Framed in a Black Alder, semi-hardwood frame.
